These communication channels, as well as the AlkaSpeakUp web form, are used to report suspicions of unethical and illegal activities by employees and managers at Alkaloid. You should be aware that the AlkaSpeakUp web form is not used to report ongoing employee problems, such as employee complaints regarding salaries, working hours, evaluations for successful performance of regular work tasks, gossip, etc. At the same time, you should be aware that knowingly reporting false information about an employee or manager at Alkaloid with the aim of causing harmful consequences for the person is not permitted. Such behavior will be treated in accordance with local regulations for the protection of whistleblowers and the internal acts of Alkaloid.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Corporate Compliance Committee initiates an investigation after each substantiated report, within which the necessary evidence will be provided, if any.
