Each product with the Alkaloid logo on it is a synonym of quality, tradition, and hard work of over a thousand current employees and past generations who have built the company values before us. At the same time, the responsibility to maintain that credibility is enormous.

Companies do not build their image through expensive marketing campaigns or colourful product packaging. The company image, values, and credibility reflect the organisational culture, which should contain clearly defined rules of conduct for each employee and associate involved in the company processes, in any way, and at any level. That is why we defined the "Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct," which summarizes rules of behaviour at work, that should serve as a reference to all employees, so they can cope with their daily work challenges more successfully, professionally, and ethically.

As part of the globally-oriented Alkaloid story, we all should contribute to the successful implementation of company processes.
