We encourage you, whether you work for Alkaloid or not, to report inappropriate behavior, possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, violations of Alkaloid policies and procedures, as well as any suspicions of non-compliance with legal regulations. If you are part of Alkaloid, consider discussing it with your line manager, second line management, where applicable, and the Corporate Compliance Officer. If you are unable or do not feel comfortable discussing the issue internally within the company, you can report it here. When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible. Although there is an option to remain anonymous, we encourage you to identify yourself and get involved in the process, i.e. to support Alkaloid’s investigation of your report.
